Thanks for the apology.  I try not to take offense on anything.  I understand 
that when people become involved in what they are doing they want to get the 
point across and in the hurried rush of all this stuff gruffness will appear.  
I do not support being condescending, but after all we are humans (for the 
most part) and it happens.
