KLBC: ghap and joq

This is a quick question about grammar.  When joining nouns with {ghap} or
{joq}, what sort of prefix might one use?  For example, should the correct
sentence be:
tlhIngan Hol, DIvI' Hol ghap yIjatlh!
or
tlhIngan Hol, DIvI' Hol ghap tIjatlh!   ?
It seems to get even worse when dealing with joq.  For example:
Ha'DIbaH naHlet joq wISop
or
Ha'DIbaH naHlet joq DISop       ?
Of course, the problem also comes up when using nouns in the subject
position.
