We haven't been doing this long enough to know what the "average" time is.
Generally I build pile up the orders and process them all at one time, usually
once or twice a week. Then the next day I print invoices of all the orders that
got processed. Usually materials then get mailed out the next day (typically a
Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday). Then the order is at the mercy of the post
office.
If your order hasn't arrived yet, keep in mind that any orders that included the
new book, THE KLINGON WAY, were put on hold while I waited for Simon & Schuster
to fix their error and actually send me copies as they were supposed to do more
than two weeks ago.
