You can't use {-Ha'} in this way. Read the section in TKD which describes
{-Ha'}. It states that {-Ha'} must go immediately after the verb. It can't
modify the verb suffixes.
If you're looking for a word for "instantly," I would recommend using
{sIbI'}. This is probably a question that requires context.

According to The Klingon Way, a warrior's drink is not watery. As long as
what you're trying to describe is not watery, then I'm sure any Klingon would
understand you if you called it {SuvwI' qa'vIn}, "warrior's coffee."
I haven't read the HolQeD in which the word {qa'vIn} is introduced, but I
wonder if the reason it was given a Klingon word was because it was felt
worthy of a word. However, if it's regular, watery coffee, I doubt Klingons
would have bothered to name it. Perhaps {qa'vIn} itself already assumes the
coffee is thick and strong.
Either way, I don't drink coffee.
