Not at all.  In fact, the KLI has members in more than 30 countries, including 
Australia (where Ford hails from). I'm surprised to see the above post, 
especially given that the main translator of Hamlet (Nick Nicholas) is from 
Australia. Obviously Nick needs to boost his PR.

Seriously though, all KLI materials are available everywhere. Granted, the 
postage charges are higher for individuals living outside the US, but we do what
we can to keep things low.  Check out the Merchant Page at our web site 
(http://www.kli.org) to see how you can order any of our materials.
