Klingon seems to have three ways to express a sentence with two objects.

1. One way is to place the (direct) object before the verb and use a verb
prefix to indicate the other (indirect) object:
vaghSaD DeQ HInob. (Give me 5000 credits.) (PK)
ro'qegh'Iwchab HInob. (Give me the rokeg blood pie.) (PK)

2. Another way is to place the direct object before the verb and use a
Type 5 suffix for the indirect object:
yaSvaD taj nobpu' qama'. (The prisoner gave the officer the knife.) or (The
prisoner gave the knife to the officer.) (TKD)
chaHvaD Soj qem yaS. (The officer brings them food.) or (The officer
brings food to them.) (TKD)

3. The third way is to indicate the direct object with a verb prefix and
use a Type 5 suffix to indicate the indirect object.
DaH jIHvaD yIngev. (Sell it to me now.) (PK)

It is interesting to note that verb prefixes seems to be able to indicate
either the direct object or indirect object of the verb as indicated by
1 & 3 above.

To say "The mother causes the son to wear funny clothing", I would
consider {Sut tlhaQ} to be the object of {tuQmoH} and use {-Daq} to
indicate where the action described by the verb takes place, and say:
puqDaq Sut tlhaQ tuQmoH SoS.
