Similarly, best would be {jIghung}.

I think {taS vIneH} is entirely too vague, since you could be
talking about fuel, lubricants, etc. and you could want to swim
in it. You want either {jI'oj} or {vItlhutlh vIneH} or even
{jItlhutlhmeH vay' vIneH}. If you want to emphasize that it is
you and not someone else who is thirsty, you might say, {jI'oj
jIH}, but you still need the first person prefix.
{Soj vIneH} is the best suggestion you offered. It is direct. I
would still tend to prefer {jIghung}, but it does have the
potential of total clarity with the addition of a single word:
DaH Soj vIneH!
Nothing else is quite so direct or clear. Going back to the
first example, you could similarly say:
DaH vItlhutlh vIneH!
