Since {'ej} separates complete sentences, it's better to say something like:
tlhIngan Hol vIghoj 'ej betleH vIghoj.
Also, you don't used verb prefixes with {-wI'}, you could either say
{betleH vIHaD} (I study the bat'telh.)
{betleH ghojwI' jIH.} (I'm a bat'telh student.)
