Personally I would skip the vague comparisons. As the quote goes,
"Klingons may be inaccurate, but they are never approximate." (PK)
Therefore I think a Klingon would say:
chorgh qelI'qam juHwIj Dop juvlu'. vagh qelI'qam juHwIj 'et juvlu'.
chorgh qelI'qam lupDujHom Dop juvlu' je.

No, {qar'a'} also forms an interrogative when placed at the end of a
sentence. You can put {-'a'} on any verb to form a question instead of
inserting {qar'a'}.
