Correct. The episode was identified incorrectly in the original message.
The description is accurate - it is the episode with the Organians - but the
title is "Errand of Mercy".
I believe that "Balance of Terror" is the episode where the Klingons start
providing high tech weapons to one side of a war on a backward
("third-universe"? :)) planet and Kirk decides that Starfleet has to do likewise
for the other side. Or maybe that's "A Private Little War" . . . why do I
never have my references handy when I'm replying to these messages?
In any event, this thread has gotten somewhat out of relevance to tlhIngan Hol.
