HolQeD back issues

While the following list is probably not annotated to the extent that some
might like, it will certainly give those who are interested an idea of what
was in past issues of HolQeD.

At present ALL back issues are available. The cost is $4 per issue in the
USA and $5 per issue anywhere else. Cheques should be made payable to KLI
and drawn on US funds.

Please note that I have not listed the most recent issue of HolQeD here.
Issues are not considered "back" issues until a newer issue has been
published. New members to the KLI always begin their subscription with the
most recently published issue. Thus, if you'd like #10 you can either join
the KLI, or wait a couple of months until #11 comes out, at which point #10
will be available as a back issue.
