I would disagree that they are close enough. A "Hergh QaywI'" is the
device that delivers the innoculation. Since we are trying to tell
people to get the fluid in the "HerghwI'" and not the "HerghwI'" itself,
I would prefer "botwI'", unless this is an ad for a medical supplier
who is selling HerghwI'mey.
