Retroactive announcement

This should have benn--and likely was--announced before, but the
announcement may have gotten eaten by what it was announcing.

Last night, WW and I burned the midnight (and later) oil, moving a mess of
devices, including KLI.org, over to his new office and net-connection in
NY. Things went reasonably well, though later than expected. And there
was a bit of trouble with getting KLI.org back on the net, but that should
clear up soon. The list traffic should also pick up, when the backlogged
mail gets through (this message is a test of that, as well).

The major long-term effect is that if you use IP numbers to get to the KLI
machine, its new address is 204.97.2.42. If you use a nameserver, once the
information propogates out (which may take a day or so), all the usual
names should work fine.

Sorry about the downtime, but things *should* be returning to normal any
time now...
