Hokay, folks, I've changed around the listserver config slightly -- Hopefully
we'll get a server that won't go down anymore (cross fingers).

Once again, for those who dont' know, we have had (and may still have)
a slight problem with the listserver that causes it to 'hang' periodically.
No messages get LOST, just delayed. We'll see if this latest change fixes
things.
