Errors and inconsistencies in the dictionary

I just scanned in the whole dictionary (for personal use only, for the
obvious copyright reasons I can't send anyone a copy). As a result, I've
been able to easily search for inconsistencies, e.g. words defined in the
K-E section but not in the E-K section. I've also made sure to include all
the errors which Riku Anttila posted recently, some of which escaped my
computerised search. If anyone has any more errors, let me know so I can
add them. Should a list of errors be uploaded to the ftp site?
The main type of error I haven't yet systematically searched for is when a
Klingon word is present in both the K-E and E-K sections, as the same part
of speech, but is defined differently.
How is the Klingon Concordance project going? That may not be the right
name -- I mean the project to collect every Klingon word from every
canonical source into a single dictionary. I was thinking of extending my
on-line dictionary to include all the new words from HolQeD and other
places, taking care to record for every word the source it came from.
Perhaps all of this has been done already, or is being done?
Abbreviations: KE1 and EK1 are the Klingon-English and English-Klingon
sections of the main part of the dictionary; KE2 and EK2 are the supplement
in the second edition. I also compared the K-E and E-K affix lists, but
found no inconsistencies.
What should be done about the inconsistencies? I suggest the following.
Hu/Hur: take KE1 to be correct and EK1 wrong.
DenIb/DenIbya', 'orghen/'orghenya': Take these to be variant forms, both
acceptable?
mojaq/mojaQ: One is a misprint, but which?
chaw', naw', roj: Allow these to be both nouns and verbs.
yuQjIjQa'/yuQjIjDIvI': Someone once pointed out that yuQjIjQa' looks like
an insult. Perhaps that is indeed one of the names Klingons customarily
use for the Federation, but other Federation members might be better
advised to use yuQjIjDIvI'.
Obvious misprints:
