Now wait just a minute. Using {-'e'} in relative clauses serves only the
purpose of disambiguation. It is never necessary, and not used all that much
anyway. But using {-'e'} in appositions is required, so that it doesn't get
confused with the N-N possessive contruction.

If your going to drop any {-'e'}, drop it from the relative clause.
