Huh?  No verb in this sentence.  Translates as:

	"The first daughter our three children."

Again, no verb.  "On tax day her apparent birthday."

The purpose clause always comes first (6.2.4, p.64), so this needs
to be:

tlhIngan Hol qeqmeH meqvam vIlo'law'

tlhIngan Hol Daqeqmo' jIQuchqu'.  Qagh puS Data'pu', 'ach bInIDtaH, 'ej
potlh nIDghach!  batlh DachavlI'!  majQa'!
