Computer Translators

I have been hanging around for quite a while, but because of my computer
system I was not able to post. I have just gotten a new computer and now
hope to post regularly.
The other benefit of getting a new computer is that it can run some of the
better programs. What Klingon translators, parsers, and analyzers exist
for IBM and how do I get them? (I can not currently support Windows.)
