Speaking of words that are "nuqvo'?"... I seem to remember seeing
the word pabpo' used for "grammarian" (with Okrand being the
"pabpo''a'", and if we had too many people claiming authority
there would be "pabpo'mey").  "pab" is "grammar" or "to follow
(rules)", but I don't see "po'" or "pabpo'" anywhere in TKD.
nuqvo' 'oH mu'vetlh'e'?
