Wouldn't {naDev jIHtaHbogh vISovbe'} mean "I don't know that I am
here,"? That's not the same thing as "I don't know where I am." While I'm not
completely happy with Okrand's example, I'm even less content with yours.
I'll work on a version I am MORE content with, but that requires resources
not currently with me.
