I just saw that Duolingo now offers a course to learn Klingon. It inspired a cool thought; our new tool, Spell Checker Pro allows people to add custom language.

I want to find out who to ask if it's allowable for individuals to add Klingon. How cool would that be! Anyone know who to ask?
