It’s not a proverb I’m familiar with, and seems to be some kind of gibberish:
vaj chuH ‘ej loD rur yo-yo DaqaSmoH. wa’ jaj vaj wej lumerlaw’lu’bogh HeghDI’ wej yIchegh ghaH.
He throws the warrior (like he would throw a spear) and the yo-yo resembles a man you cause it to happen. One day when he dies the apparently surprised warrior number three return to three! He.
It has a bunch of mistakes, and at least one suffix is in the wrong order. This probably came from the Bing “translator”.
