Hello! I am a real estate student. On our last day of class we are required to recite “the statute of frauds” sentence to the class. My teacher is obsessed with hearing it in other languages. So far I’ve heard Spanish, Chinese, and sign language. I thought it would be hilarious to recite it in Klingon. I put it in a translator on Tradukka but it doesn’t help because a) I have no idea if it’s correct, and b) there is no audio or phonetic spelling/pronunciation. Can anyone translate this for me?

All real estate contracts need to be in writing to be enforceable except for leases of a year or less and broker to broker agreements.

Thanks for the help!

Sweet! I will work on piecing the sounds together (this is probably way over my head) and get back to you with what I come up with.
