nuqNeH!
I have translated a Swedish drinking song for university. However, one of the lines is waaay to long. If someone could both correct my translation and (even better!) shorten it, I would greatly appreciate it!
Original lyrics:
"In the third year, you can study quantum physics"
My translation:
"qaStaHvIS DIS wejDIch 'otlhQeD HoDlaH"
Glory to the Empire!
You could use DIS wejDIch as a time stamp, basically dropping the qaStaHvIS. The HaD (you have a typo in your sentence there) needs a Da- prefix to get "you". If you mean "one can study", add a vay' as the subject of HaD (or go slangy and use -luH, although I don't recommend this as using vay' is considered the proper way to do it).

Thank you so much! That really helped with the lyrics!
