I would dissuade you from getting a tattoo in a language which you cannot read yourself. This is generally sound advice, regardless of the language, though the probability of your running into someone who will misunderstand your tattoo (rather than simply not understand it at all) is very slight with the Klingon language.
Aside from that, the difficulty with what you’re asking for is that there is no Klingon verb “to be”, so an imperative to “remain being something” cannot be translated directly. To whom is the command in the tattoo directed? That also changes the translation. Are you saying “You will remain Klingon or I will kill you”, or are you saying “I will remain Klingon even if it costs me my life”? The English sentence could express either sentiment, but these are very different sentences in Klingon.
