Please help me find out what care is needed to teach Klingon anywhere, without running afoul of Paramount & Mark Okrand's trademarks and copyrights. There seems nothing clear on Paramount's site, nor any contact area for hem, so I was hoping you folks could know, and steer me to the right link or links.
Thanks you so much!
There are no special permissions required to teach the Klingon language at a convention. I've personally taught Klingon at a number of conventions, colleges, and schools without any issues. Large number of our members have also taught Klingon at various locations without needing to seek special permission. You'd only need permission if you planned to publish a book like The Klingon Dictionary, as that's when the copyright laws would come into play.
