Does anyone know of a messenger to that will let you text Klingon plqaD?

The Post Office is probably the best option! 😀

Seriously though, I once got it working in Pidgin (https://www.wizage.net/2012/01/piqad-in-pidgin-pidgin/) however others reported issues and that solution is now 6 years old. Facebook Messenger will send the characters, but I don't know how to get it to support the pIqaD font.
