The above is a phrase I used as a joke in high school (LOONG time ago!) and I now wish to learn how to say it. Tgank you!

(tlhoy) qoH yepHa' SoH, qIrq HoD.
You are (too much of) a careless fool, Captain Kirk.

I am not an expert, but my guess would be something along the line of:

"qoH SoH, HoD qIrq"

It is not a perfect translation (big suprise) but it litterally means "You are a fool, captain Kirk". It is a start at least
