You use multiple Sentence as object constuctions:

nIm wIb ngogh ghaj vIghro' 'e' largh Qa'Hom 'e' Har loD
The man believes that the mouse smells that the cat has cheese

Literally this is three separate sentences:

nIm wIb ngogh ghaj vIghro'
The cat has cheese

'e' largh Qa'Hom
The mouse smells that

'e' Har loD
The man believes that

You can keep doing this indefinitely:

nIm wIb ngogh ghaj vIghro' 'e' largh Qa'Hom 'e' Har loD 'e' legh be' 'e' bej HoD 'e' ra' 'aj
The admiral commands that the captain watches that the woman sees that the man believes that the mouse smells that the cat has cheese.
