The Klingon Wiki has a translation of the Wedding Ceremony (http://www.klingonwiki.net/En/WeddingCeremony) with that line being:
poH wa'DIch Hajbej Qunpu'.
For the first time, the gods knew fear.
Literally this is "For the first time, the gods definitely dreaded".
There are other ways to translate this expression, using ghIj for example:
poH wa'DIch Qunpu' ghIjlu'
For the first time, the gods were scared.
