I am working on an official licensed publishing project for Star Trek: The Next Generation, and I have a section that includes several Klingon words and phrases. I'm looking for guidance on how to correctly spell these terms according to official KLI rules. The spellings I have I have sourced from various fan sites, but I'd like to get an official ruling on them — the words and phrases are as follows:
d'k tahg' (warrior's knife)
He chu' ghoS ("Set a new course")
qajunpaQ (courage)
Delaq Do' ("Take your stations")
Thanks you in advance!

Hi Scott,
I'd be happy to help you out.
Daqtagh – A *d'k tahg* knife
He chu' yIghoS – Follow a new course!
toDuj – courage
qajunpaQ – audacity (This is a word borrowed from the Kriosian language)
Delaq Do' – An ancient way to say "Take your stations" that is only used by the first officer when they first arrive on the bridge of a ship they were newly assigned to before the captain gets there. It's not used in any other situation. To say this outside of that situation, you can say something like yaHlIj yIghoS – Approach your duty station to one person or yaHraj tIghoS to tell multiple people to go to multiple duty stations.
Feel free to email me at qurgh@kli.org if you'd like more help (or need help with anything that needs to be remain confidential). Qapla'!
