17 March @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
The Shakespeare Appreciation Society meets weekly to read and discuss Shakespeare's works (currently, Hamlet) in the original Klingon. During the meetings, we take turns translating a few lines at a time, and then we take turns reading the entire passage aloud. Hamlet is infamously one of the more difficult Klingon texts to read, so this group is geared towards Klingon language learners who are looking for a challenge. All are very welcome though, regardless of experience.
The Society meets for one hour on Fridays at 10:30 AM PDT (17:30 UTC) on the Klingon Language Institute's Discord server in the SeQpIr Ho'wI' yej'an voice channel. If you aren't already a member of the KLI Discord server, you can always find an up-to-date invitation at https://www.kli.org/discord/
