We have qatlhDa' for water pipes. QaywI' means transfer device.
{qatlhDa' vaD} "flexible water pipe" seems like the right answer to me.
Hmm…except that a hose need not contain specifically water. But I suppose that a hose for other fluids is likewise an {'och(Hom) vaD}. It could also be described with the material it's made out of, like {mep} "plastic".
