Description/Reason:
When neH (or neHHa') adjectivally modifies multiple nouns joined together by a terminal conjunction, does a single neH(Ha') follow the conjunction, or does each noun get its own modifier?

Those two ways would mean different things, so it depends on if you want to say:
{leghchuq yaS neH HoD neH je}
The alone officer and the alone captain see each other
or
{The alone officer and captain see each other}
leghchuq yaS HoD je neH
