[phpwiki] tlhIngan Hol on the Web

Here we shall entertain links to tlhIngan Hol web pages all over the web.

There are three categories I particularly think we should consider, and consider separately:

  1. Web pages by Klingonists or those interested in Klingon, in tlhIngan Hol and related to tlhIngan Hol or Klingons
  2. Web pages by non-Klingonists or organizations that have nothing whatever to do with Klingon, but are in tlhIngan Hol anyway.
  3. Web pages that have tlhIngan or tlhIngan Hol programs availiable to download (word processors, fonts, et cetera...)

The second category, by the way, are likely to be the interesting ones.

I'd almost like to discourage links to every Klingon fan page in existence which has some little pagelet on tlhIngan Hol. Those are a dime a dozen. And I'm not talking about pages about tlhIngan Hol. I mean ones that are entirely or mostly in tlhIngan Hol.
