netlh DIS poH
10,000 years (HQ 8.3)

HQ 8.3 p3): With longer time periods, such as a century ({vatlh DIS poH}), millennium ({SaD DIS poH}), or a period of 10,000 years (myriad, perhaps) ({netlh DIS poH}), the words {ret} or {pIq} may be used in place of {poH}, e.g., {cha' vatlh DIS poH} "two centuries", but {cha' vatlh DIS ret} "two centuries ago".

In Trek (and the StarGate universe BTW) 10,000 years is a common unit of reference:

There had been no development of Organia's culture in tens of thousands of years. (TOS "Errand of Mercy")

"Think of it, as we sit here, in space above us the destiny of the galaxy will be decided for the next ten thousand years." (Kor, TOS "Errand of Mercy")

As the Controller of the underground city on Sigma Draconis VI, Spock's brain "will last for 10,000 years". Kara said that there "will not be another for 10,000 years". (TOS "Spock's Brain")
