Re: [Tlhingan-hol] Ultralingua klingon app

d'Armond Speers, Ph.D. ([email protected])

That's right, I provided the word list as well as information on synonyms/antonyms, related words, and other lexicographic data. I started with the lexicon I had developed for pojwI', updated it to include new words that came out since I stopped maintaining pojwI', and sent the result to them. They then took my materials and adjusted it to work in their application. I provided some feedback and answered some questions, but most of my contribution was in the materials. I'm not sure what additional data or sources they may have consulted.

Pretty sure it's no longer updated, though.

I remember that it included the word {va'nuch}, which first appeared in HolQeD 13:1(2004) - <a href="http://klingonska.org/canon/search/?file=2004-03-holqed-13-1.txt&get=source"; target="_blank">http://klingonska.org/canon/search/?file=2004-03-holqed-13-1.txt&get=source.

I bought it, and thought it was great. However, it disappeared once when I updated iOS, and it's no longer available here, so I can't re-download it.
I imagine the only sources that Simon & Schuster care about, or are even
aware of, are THE KLINGON DICTIONARY and KLINGON FOR THE GALACTIC
TRAVELER. They would simply have plugged in the word-lists. (I haven't
downloaded the demo.)
