AFAIK never used in a sentence.
Cf. the homophonous verb {rop} "be sick, be ill":

TREK TRIVIA:
Visiting exobiologist J'Dan took regular weekly injections in the Enterprise-D sick Bay to treat his *Ba'ltmasor Syndrome. He kept a Klingon "hyposyringe" in his quarters for that purpose. The details of the disease were not mentioned. (TNG "The Drumbeat")
*{rop'ngor} is a disease that sometimes affects Klingon children, somewhat akin to Terran measles (TNG "Up the Long Ladder")
All the Klingons from Kohlar's ship carried a dormant disease which will eventually become active and kill them. Kohlar says, "It is the *Nehret*". The disease is contagious, but only for Klingons. Both B'Elanna and her baby have become infected but the Doctor manages to cure everyone. (VOY "Prophecy")
