vajar. But that was a problem because it could be read as "If someone
were conspiring, vajar expected that Essim would be there." So I
changed it to {QuSchugh vay' pum 'eSSIm 'e' pIH vajar.} Hmm, no, I
don't want it misread as, "If someone were conspiring, vajar expected
that Essim would fall."
[248] ngaH is qaH'eng's boss, the petite Klingon who heads the *veS*
engineering section.

Two 'ay'mey 'til the end of the 'ay''a'! Don't worry, I do intend to
return to explain Essim's somewhat puzzling behaviour here.
