Nothing wrong with that, but consider {qeljaj}. My personal style is to avoid chained 'e'mey, and I think -jaj has a sort of ceremonial tinge to it.

I knew this meant "natural lives" because that's the phrase in English, but when I read the Klingon I get the idea that the judge is about to stipulate some condition under which they don't have to stay there. I think skip the {motlh}, unless there's some clearer way to do it.
