There might be some logic in considering the combination of the three
to be a single thing, but that's an awfully subtle thing to try to
express intentionally with what looks like a common grammatical error.

If the ID info is in its own area at the bottom of the screen, such as
white text on a black bar below the image, this is fine. If it's an
overlay on the picture, {bIng} is probably not the right word.
I was picturing the former. It does not obscure any of the image. I
tried to establish that as a standard Klingon format with the bridge
record vajar et al viewed. It should probably be ngu'taH, too.

Before I looked up {Sogh} and went back to review an earlier chapter,
I was ready to express surprise that she hadn't been promoted in
thirty years. I wonder if there's a correlation between my difficulty
remembering faces and my similar difficulty with ranks. {Sa'} and
{Sogh} are just military words with no distinct meaning to me. It's
not just a matter of failing to remember their translation. "General"
and "Lieutenant" are just as vague and undifferentiated in my mind as
are most celebrities' faces.
Fascinating. I don't know different countries' rank systems, but did
learn the Klingon ones because I was very active in an online game
that used them, and I was high-ranking. I think I made it to admiral,
but a trickster administrator overrode the default name that came
with my level and permanently dubbed me HIghqangwI'. I don't recall
what I did to earn that monicker, but I wore it proudly.
Don't worry, I figured out qImyal's career progression in order to
make the story work out.
