Memory Beta has a list of admirals from the soft canon, but as far as I can tell, Krell is the obly one from the on-screen canon.
Ford introduced the notion of "Thought Admirals", including Vrenn's mentor/father, Kethas. If I recall correctly, Vrenn received the nickname "Thought Ensign", which was then modified as he advanced in rank.

Never used in a sentence.
Language notes:
KGT 52: When used with an individual's name, a title follows the name: {tlha'a HoD} (Captain Klaa), {cheng Sa'} (General Chang), {qeng la'} (Commander Kang), and so on.
KGT 197f.: If someone has an official title, such as a military rank or a position in the government, this title follows the name; for example, {martaq Sa'} (General Martok), {ghawran Qang} (Chancellor Gowron). When addressing such a person, the title is left off only when the occasion is decidedly nonofficial.
Trek trivia:
Fleet Admiral Krell threatened to wipe out the Qu'Vat Colony after Dr Antaak's experimentation with Klingon Augments at the genetic research facility there produced a highly contagious fatal plague. (ENT "Affliction" & "Divergence")
Is Krell the only Klingon admiral we've heard of? Klingons seem to prefer generals commanding their starships, squadrons and fleets: e.g. K'Vagh (ENT "Affliction", "Divergence"), Koord (ST5), Krell (ST5), Chang (ST6), Khmarr (ST6), Grokh (ST6), Worf (ST6), Martok (DS9), K'Trelan (DS9), Nemchick/Tuvot (DS9), ShiVang (DS9), Tanas (DS9).
I wonder if {'aj} became obsolete or honorary, like the old rank of commodore in the US Navy.
