Thanks! That is indeed a bit of a bummer. I suppose it's sort of interesting to have a canonical use of tlhoch, but that's about it.

I do - for what it's worth.  The examples were supplied and recorded by Okrand, but unfortunately they're all of the "It is VERB" or "You are VERB" variety.

N.B. The definitions WERE NOT SUPPLIED BY OKRAND so DO NOT RELY ON THEM!  (IIRC they were added by whoever maintained the page at the "Star Trek: Continuum" site.)
