The Eurotalk CDs all use the same vocabulary for teaching every
language in their collection. Marc Okrand didn't choose the vocabulary
items.

So take it up with Eurotalk for failing to include Belgium :) (And if
you provide a translation into the other 200+ languages they offer,
they might even include it in the next edition, who knows....)

I poked at the Eurotalk Talk Now! CD under Wine and could play around
with it briefly. Pop-up windows got the system into a confused state
but sound worked, for example.

I have no idea about Ultralingua Klingon Dictionary.
