I sent this in to the mailing list a couple weeks ago, but neglected to check that it had
actually posted. And now when I look for it, I see no sign. So...

A few things to draw your attention to:

1) We have a limited room block. I highly recommend you make your reservations 
with the Hyatt sooner rather than later. Similarly, if you're staying on for some or all
of the WorldCon (as I am), I would encourage you to make those hotel reservations
as well. 

2) Speaking of Hyatt reservations, I just made mine, and to my surprise the rate was
CHEAPER than what we contracted for. I'm not complaining. :)

3) Events start bright and early on Sunday morning, but I encourage you to arrive on
Saturday (much like you're used to arriving on Wednesday for previous qep'a'mey).
As an added incentive, the hotel rate for Saturday night is cheaper than the rate for
the other days of the conference. Go figure.
