It just hit me.
The whole reason that Okrand gave us verbs for the use of each toe such that the toes themselves get {-wI'} added was so that {Qay'wI'} would mate "Cry Weee..."
I had gotten the "Cry" part, as peer to the puns for MARket, HOMe, ROaSt beef, and NAN (none).
