Never used in canon.

"Tolerate" in KGT:

   Among the more tolerated grammatical errors... (KGT 169)

   Mistakes of this kind are simply not tolerated and there are
   no recorded instances of anyone living long enough to repeat
   the offense.  (KGT 190)

   To call a Klingon by an inappropriate name or title is to
   dishonor him or her and is never tolerated. (KGT 197)
