No.  AFAIK our only example is Martok who was born in the Ketha lowlands, a 
generally impoverished agricultural area (DS9 "Once More Unto the 
Breach").  We don't know if they have their own distinct dialect or just 
the normal differences you would expect in the speech of poor peasants vs. 
the Klingon upper classes.
