Perhaps {law'law' law'} would be better in your subject line than {law'
law'}. {{;) Did you read down to the part where it stated that the students
only needed to *claim* proficiency in the language, not prove it? I suspect
the three students concerned - and probably others - were probably joking.

This is important when one realises only 35 students were considered as a
target group. I doubt that this study accurately represented the number of
proficient Klingon speakers, and I suspect that there are more than two
jokers in this particular pack.
