Used in canon:
tlhol
It is raw. (STC:KLS )

Is Klingon food always raw? CK

Klingon food is best when served fresh and live. S21

Related verbs: {baQ} "be fresh/just picked (fruit, vegetable)", {chu'} "be
new"" and {watlh} "be pure".
Antonyms include {non} "be rotten", {ngIm} "be putrid", {tlhorgh} "be
pungent (food)" & qab "be bad". Cf. also {rogh} "ferment" and {ragh}
"decay" and {vut} "cook, prepate food".
It is important to distinguish {rogh} [ferment] from {ragh}
(decay). Food that has decayed ({raghpu'bogh Soj}, or more
succinctly, {Soj non}--"rotten food") is food that has become
inedible and must be thrown away, though it is sometimes given
to animals. (KGT 91)
